Before the gadgets

Nowadays everyone gather favorite quotes, pictures, thoughts, sources of inspiration or anything that comes to our mind into the computer, the phone, the ipad, and twitter, facebook or blogs, etc...
Before all this tech tech! My outlet to gather all the inspired elements within my soul was my little faithful companionship, my  journal. With me, in my purse, everywhere all the time!! I still use it, not as much as I used to, but I still love having that tangible little port filled with the power of my expressions.

"Quesitos"

It's been a while since I posted a recipe and I think this one is worth getting a showcase on the blog. These are "quesitos", "mini cheeses" would be the literal translation; the name comes after the cream cheese inside them ;)  I make his little deliciousness for my family constantly.  They disappear quickly and the subsequent squabble is always there to let me know when they're almost gone!
